Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 June 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Visamundi Vision (the “Service”), operated by Visamundi, SAS (RCS Nantes 828 148 189). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

Visamundi Vision scans your Gmail for travel booking confirmations, extracts your trips, and provides indicative visa requirement information based on your nationality and destinations. It requires a Google account and, optionally, your permission to read your Gmail.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

3. Your account and Gmail authorization

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Gmail access uses a read-only scope, is entirely optional, and can be revoked at any time from your settings or from your Google account, which immediately stops further scanning.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service unlawfully or to access an inbox you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service.
  • Do not resell or misrepresent the Service.

5. Visa information is not advice

Visa, ETA and entry-requirement information provided by the Service is indicative, may change without notice, and does not constitute legal or immigration advice. Entry rules depend on your exact nationality, route, purpose and the authorities of each country. You remain solely responsible for verifying requirements with official sources (embassies, consulates, government portals) before you travel. Visamundi accepts no liability for a denied boarding or entry based on reliance on the Service.

6. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Visamundi name and brand are protected. The component of Vision that reads your inbox is published as open source and may be audited; this does not grant any right over the Visamundi brand or the rest of the Service.

8. Availability and “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Visamundi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for losses arising from inaccurate detection or visa information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms or risk to the Service. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Google data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, you may use the consumer mediation and online dispute resolution mechanisms available in the EU, or bring the matter before the competent French courts. You may also contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) for data protection matters.
